Lin Marksbury

Lin has been interpreting since the dawn of the ages. He is well known and well liked by the Deaf community around the state of New Mexico. He is a nationally certified interpreter and founded RGC Access in 2010. He built the RGC Access team and continues to support the local Deaf communities by providing the best communication access possible for every Deaf consumer.

Megan Goldberg

Megan attended UNM and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Linguistics with a concentration in Sign Language Studies. She is a nationally certified interpreter and has been working in New Mexico since 2006. Megan is extremely knowledgable about the local Deaf community and is able to provide consultation about communication access and Americans With Disabilities (ADA) guidelines for organizations that are needing to arrange interpreting services for Deaf, hard of hearing, or Deaf-blind consumers. Along with community work, Megan specializes in legal interpreting.

Rebecca De Santis

Rebecca graduated from the National Technical Institute for the Deaf (NTID) in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in Sign Language Interpreting. She relocated to Albuquerque after graduation and has been happy to call New Mexico her home ever since. Rebecca is a nationally certified community interpreter specializing in mental health interpreting. She received her Qualified Mental Health Interpreter certificate in 2015. Rebecca is one of our lead interpreters and the coordinator for the Bridge to Work program, which provides safe job placement and professional development for recent graduates going into the field of interpreting.

Adam E. Romero

Adam graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2010. He received his national certification from RID in 2012. He is our lead interpreter and dedicates all of his time to community interpreting in settings which include, but are not limited to, medical, government, legal, and mental health. Adam also volunteers with the Deaf youth community as a track and field coach, and is a great fit to work with our younger Deaf and Hard of Hearing population.

Virginia (Gini) Allen

Virginia Allen, a native of Connecticut, moved to NM in 1995. She graduated from Anderson Schools of Management, University of NM with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2001. She has over 20 years experience in business management, mostly in the healthcare field, and has worked as the Business Manager for RGC Access since 2014.
